


In February this year TalkTactics, together with STEP Academy and Tricias Academy of Learning, launched their Certificate in Call Centre Operations.
The Certificate, which is an entry level qualification in the STEP Academy portfolio of courses, is designed for people wishing to enter the call centre industry. The Certificate is NZQA accredited.
Initially nineteen students embarked on the first course after completing an interview and pre-assessment process.
After 21 weeks the students emerged from the course ready to take the first step towards an exciting career in the call centre industry. A number of students were snapped up by employers such as ARC, Inland Revenue and WestpacTrust within just a few weeks of completing the course.
