STEP© Academy is a full career methodology which will deliver National or International Vocational Qualifications to entry level CSRs and to Team Leaders and culminates in the Diploma in Call Centre Management. STEP© Academy is currently operating in New Zealand and aims to operate in tandem with the TTI Franchises.
The industry is always looking for highly motivated, performance driven, well trained individuals. In order to address this requirement we have set clear objectives and guidelines that make the STEP© Academy students a valuable commodity.
As a potential student, this course enables future Customer Service Agents to be instantly recognised as having the right potential for a career in the call centre industry, together with pre-determined and valuable skills.
In New Zealand, 34 students are currently undertaking the National Certificate in Call Centre Operations. The students are skilled in all aspects of Customer Service - knowing and understanding what service excellence is. These students have gained valuable industry experience during the course and are expected to be placed in quality customer service positions as soon as the course has finished. Ongoing work place assessments will ensure the students gain their NZQA Unit Standards and continue to use and develop the skills gained.
