MicroCraft is leading the industry with complete test floor integration. QVS is made up of several software modules to completely integrate your Universal or Dedicated Testers, EMMA Moving Probe Tester, Verification, Automated Repair Station and Reporting.

UTL (Universal Tester Links)
QVS allows the EMMA tester to quickly identify False and Real errors found on your high volume testers. This is accomplished by linking your tester to our UTL module on a host server. UTL takes the error data from your high volume testers, converts, stores and generates a barcode for future use.

The FVS was engineered to compliment the EMMA series testers. As you can see, the screen is divided into 4 quadrants. Simply dragging a mouse changes the quadrant sizes to suit the operators needs. This system is online with the EMMA tester as the host.

Real time image from our color camera's moves across networks that have been identified as
having an error. Errors can then be tagged for future reference offline.

Real time panning of Netlist data along with real time image allows the operator to compare and identify faults quickly.

Full view of netlist allows for quick and easy reference to faults. Navigation controls, reporting, error selecting, etc.
