Communities participating in theHeritage Project are organizing theircommunity memories into online archives. This links the communityto itself through time and space: 

• discount hotels in ArlandastadA student can begin a research project by checking what work has already been done, in other classes and in earlier years. For example, students in an elementary classroom will be able to do research in the work high school students have done.

• Teachers new to the community will be able to see what has been accomplished and what the next step might be. 

• People from around the world will be able to research topics and persons at the local site. The local school/library becomes the input point for the rest of the world's knowledge about that locality.

• And, of course, people in the community will be able to find information about their communities, stories about what has happened there and the people who have lived there.
