The modern spacious premises caters for TalkTactics phenomenal growth over the past 12 months and fulfills its primary vision of helping increase professionalism of the Call Centre Industry through the success of its people.
The move to the new location also incorporates a unique onsite specialist training facility for clients and is yet another show of good faith by the company in the people entering and involved in the burgeoning industry.
General Manager of TalkTactics International New Zealand operation, Derek Good, says “the training centre is the latest testament to our dedication to the success of the people within the industry in New Zealand and will be one venue for conducting our public and corporate training.”
He continues, “our new training facility will allow us to cater for people in business who wish to improve their telephone customer service skills. Derek Good adds that the state of the art training facility is something of a showcase for the company and an ideal model for clients to get a real taste of how a training room is set up to function at maximum efficiency.
For Operations Director of TalkTactics International, Craig McFadyen, the training centre is a dream come true after five years in the planning.
“Every aspect of the training centre has been meticulously researched to create an environment to maximize peoples’ individual learning styles. I wanted to create an exciting and stimulating environment that was fun and enjoyable while at the same time meeting everyone’s needs,” he says.
Additional features that give the training facility its point of difference are the stimulating use of colours throughout the centre, climate control, soundproofing, and maximum window space for natural light.

with the Global Entrepreneurial Monitor findings that North Shore City was rated as one of the highest cities in the world for entrepreneurial activity, above Australia, the US and New Zealand’s overall rating.
North Shore City Mayor George Wood opened the new premises, located at Unit 1A, 62 Paul Mathews Road, Albany. The event also gave clients, amongst which included representatives from Telecom, State Insurance, ASB Bank and Coca Cola, the opportunity to meet the TalkTactics International (New Zealand) team, view the new training centre and network with people in the contact centre industry and local businesses.
