TalkTactics Launches World Leading web based e-Learning Service

TalkTactics launched it’s world leading e-learning service in Auckland today. The service allows client’s trainers to access and deliver the full spectrum of soft skills customer service training. The web service is licensed annually and allows clients to access all 59 modules of soft customer service skills training material and administer their courses on-line. This saves many hours of administrative effort for every course, allowing company’s internal trainers to be up to 75% more effective.

A unique feature of the service allows clients to upload their own training material, usually product or service training, and create courses using both TalkTactics skills based content and the clients own product training material. This gives companies the flexibility to train what they want, wherever they want it. An additional benefit for companies with more than one contact centre is that, because the service is web based, every centre is accessing the same material. There are no longer issues about which version is being delivered at which centre.
