Focusing on the people side of the contact centre environment, your aim will be to provide a holistic approach, raising industry standards and expectations.

ERROR MSG • A minimum two year’s Team Leader or management experience in the Contact Centre Environment
• A desire to coach and develop people to be the best they can be
• Some previous training experience
